In a 4 bedroom house this ensuite was quite small, the main reason for this to be changed was that the last owners at the property in Tunbridge wells left the shower leaking for some time. As you can see from the pictures we had a lot of work to do to turn this into a wetroom.
Removing the wall and gaining space in the cupboard next door has made a huge improvement to this Tunbridge wells home.
Once we had all the floor removed we could install the wetroom tray flush with the new floor that we would be installing. (Any old wood or plasterboard with water damage was removed & wood joists chemically treated. The ceiling below was removed when the lounge was refurbished). Using a wetroom tanking kit we covered the entire floor & all the walls in the wetroom area.
Adding a ceiling fed shower head, modern colours & sanitary ware has completely changed this ensuite in Tunbridge wells. We tried something different with the LED features lights to finish this wetroom off!
