Mr & Mrs S in Maidstone had problems with losing pressure on the heating circuit due to a leak on there pipework which was in the concrete floor. The best option was to renew all the pipework on the surface for peace of mind, we then installed new radiators and a combi boiler in a different location in Maidstone.
To improve the property further a new modern bathroom was installed. This was stripped out & any pipework hidden in the walls, fully plastered, wall hung frame installed for a toilet, modern wall hung unit with large basin and a large shower cubical finish off this bungalow in Maidstone.
